Killing some time before AC trip and thus I upload a character idea. This has been plowing through my mind for awhile of this hybrid. I always loved river otters but I dislike having plain general species, so I hybrid it!

Still nameless but female no doubt.....I may finalize this ref more when I get time but otherwise I enjoy it. The back markings remind me of a chipmunk though but I wanted something more than a single stripe.

The webbed hands and toes make it so cute <33333
