It's rare to see moments of such tenderness captured in the art common to our community. It's really nice to see.
What's more, it's hard to capture the tenderness of a kiss with muzzles. The translation of a uniquely human moment to characters with anatomy not well adapted to it - I am both impressed and pleased. Thanks for letting us see it.

I concur. I've tried drawing a kiss with muzzles, and it always looks awkward, because the muzzle takes up a lot of space, so the necks have to be bent back, which then throws off the whole close embrace thing.
And open-mouth kisses with muzzles are REALLY hard to draw correctly! So a tender lip smooch, or even a lick, looks more "natural" and allows both facial expressions to be seen.
