The kobold has ascended.
Invoking the almighty visage of the dark god Morvu, so too, has his form changed...
...Well isn't this quite the departure?
The idea for this new form has been on the backburner for, at this point, about an entire year - and after all that time, it's finally been achieved in this past session... which ended in Iliph's metaphorical, and literal transformation into a (demonic) dragon as the logical end result from his time in the campaign setting (ignore that he's STILL 3 feet tall) (he's only slightly taller than before)
There is, a LOT of design inspiration I took from various sources, all tying into this form; obviously keeping to his as of then current kobold self (might as well be an inversion of his color scheme), incoporating a variety of traits from his big fuck-off shadowy Arcane Hand, the Apostle (who's power he's inherited), his Scoundrels, and of course, the Dark God Morvu (new horns and frills).
Whereas his wings were already ridiculously large before, they're even more monstrous now, add the stupidly long tail and regal crown of horns/frills, poor 'bold is going to have a lot to get used to. Nothing Alter Self can't fix, anyway...
