Would you be willing to give a chance with a picture of AnpuGuard being downloaded or working on a digimon oc? Corrupting or 'cleaning' up their data and making them improved like him?

Sure! I could do something like that, depending on the digimon OC. I know some digimon have very complex designs, so if they are one of those I might need to add a complexity surcharge, but I don't see any problems other than that?
