Here is a general ref for my pokesona, a transformation my sona can take after absorbing enough solar energy. The transformation usually endures for a couple of hours, and he usually does it to fight difficult opponents or if honor for him and his team is at play.

Name: Rock

Height: 1.9 m

Moves: Flame Charge / Fire Punch / Focus Blast / Fire blast

Food Bribe: He loves dairy products. Give him some melted cheese and he will do the stuff

Story: After owning the team for so long, Rock was happy with how strong the girls were, even if he wanted to help them more.
Melissa's mother, an Arceus lady, decided that she could grant him his wish, so he now can temporarily become a Typhlosion that has Reshiram traits, so his flames burn as hot as possible. The downside is that he needs to collect solar energy by exposing himself to the sun, and the transformation only goes for 1 hour. He was happy tho, and he loves to be able to fight by his team.
Due to his Blaze ability, he tends to go all out on his battles
