Sore, Tired & Crampy ~
Welp, my IBS has been bad for the last couple days, just a normal/ish flare up. Today was PAINFUL but think the worst of it is over.
Malice showing how tired I am, IBS is pretty gnarly and exhausting to deal with. Yet its just a crampy, painful nuisance, nothing more.
Going to bed, see if I can sleep off the last of it.

IBS = Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or Inflammatory Bowel Disease? I am a Crohn's sufferer myself. I know how much this suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks. And it don't care what gender you are. Blech.
