Whew, drawing Magnus was a real challenge... all those spikes and horns were really though...
But I wanted to draw that big daddy dragon from a long time and what better way to draw him into a sumo match with a certainly equally big red dragon???
It was a tough challenge but I am happy with the result... now I wonder if Garr can take on the mighty Magnus!!!
During the work, I had trouble with Garr's wings; I wanted to draw him with his wings open but unfortunately the wings also blocked the view so I had tis idea of drawing them then set the layer to make them transparent; I have seen this type of idea in other pics and I thought it was a nice way to solve the problem

Awww thank you very much buddy! magnus was tough to draw, with all those spikes and accessories but it was worth it innthe end (esoecially when you receive appreciation for your work!)
And yeah; I totally believe the after burnomg so much calories in a tense struggles, those two drakes are certainly going to need to replenish their strenght with a huge banquet!!!
