This turned out better than I thought I wish I would've gotten vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. Still this turned out better than what you would get a restaurant.

Chocolate Sauce

3/4 cups of white sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
1 1/4 cups of milk
Splash of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Gently mix your sugar, cocoa powder, and flour in a bowl until you get all the clumps. Grab your favorite pot place your butter in setting the heat to low (not to burn the butter), and slowly add in your milk and vanilla extract. Add your powder mixture to avoid getting clumps once those are well mixed. Keep stirring for about 6 minutes or until the chocolate sauce thickens and starts to bowl.

With the brownie a la mode, grab your favorite ice cream, scope it set it on top of your brownie, and pour some of the chocolate sauce on top.

A little tip always taste your sauces before serving them, you may need to add something more to it.
