A long time RP "oc" of mine here is some info about him as well
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Before there will be any arguments, This is my personalization of Nemesis Bruticus Prime as well as i'm trying to fit him in my RolePlay style.
I'm NOT trying to say that Nemesis Prime IS like this, I do not own Nemesis Prime, everyone can have different views of the original character and he was my inspiration for this character and the purpose of this is to let other know what kind of character they would be dealing with incase asked to join roleplay or request art including Nemesis so they can change their mind if this is not what they're looking for.
I hope you will respect that as well I respect your own opinions.

BASIC INFORMATION

HEALTH
Addictions: Anything cute, will occur as obsession and ignoring everything else, sometimes even with aggressive, clingy behavior.
Allergies: Sensitivity to sun light and bright lights(photic sneeze) also sensitivity to rowan/"mountain-ash" pollen
Any physical ailments/illnesses/disabilities: Has unstable mind making him vulnerable for sudden changes in the mood. Also he is unable to speak in complete sentences which is caused by lack of social interaction and being isolated from other population for years.
PERSONALITY
Personality: Unstable and it is easy for him to change from friendly to frightened or aggressive depending of the situation. The unstable behavior is caused by the Dead Matrix he carries in his chest, but once the matrix is removed the behavior will change into more docile, eager to make friends, curious and playful, but also easier to get frightened by the things he doesnt understand, especially after the shock of memory loss which is connected in the Matrix. His memory can be retrieved, but only partially and it is most likely to cause more damage to his mental health than improve it. Nemesis is very protective and tends to cling anyone who is friendly towards him. His biggest fear is to lose the only ones that he has been able to care for and returning to his lonely life.
Likes: Hugs, friendly people, animals.
Dislikes: Thunder, loneliness, being yelled at and fighting, unless it is to protect the ones he cares about, sudden loud noises.
Fears/phobias: Being left alone and hated.
Favourite colour: Blue
Hobbies: Learning about new things.
Taste in music: Varied
SKILLS
Talents/skills: Nemesis is as strong as Optimus, but has different abilities like regeneration and change of his body size. Both abilities drain his energy extremely fast and he cant use regeneration in massive damage, as it would deplete his energy completly. Change of size also takes large amount of his energy, making it impossible to stay long in larger size, which also makes him more vulnerable to damage as he is unable to use regeneration while being in larger size.
Ability to drive a car? Operate any other vehicles? Turns into large truck, but is lacking skill to drive correctly around roads on earth.

HOUSE AND HOME
Describe the character's house/home: The planet which was Nemesis' home does not exist anymore, due past incidents.
Do they share their home with anyone? Who? Currently takes shelter in Autobot base under close observation.
Significant/special belongings: Dead Matrix, which holds all his past memories to the point when it is removed.
COMBAT
Peaceful or aggressive attitude? Peaceful but reserved, unless the Dead Matrix is not removed. While holding the Matrix, Nemesis has all his positive/peaceful behavior drained and changed into aggressive and easily angered behavior. When agitated, it is adviced to stay away from him and never to engage in battle.
Fighting skills/techniques: Mostly defensive, but once agitated Nemesis goes in somesort of berserk state, using raw strength from his anger to fuel up his power in battle. Nemesis is more used to in close combat, using the strength of his arms or full body tackles to take down enemies.
Special skills etc: Extra strength is drawn from rage. Ability to change his size, with the cost of large amounts of energy. When he is smaller, he becomes heavier, more durable but loses agility and speed, when he becomes larger, he gains reach, but loses durability. Latter is often used as mere scare tactic, as it is not commonly known of his weaknesses that come with this ability.
Weapon of choice (if any): Dark saber, very rarely used. Rifle that converts from his left hand and battle sword that converts from right hand.
Weaknesses in combat: Berserk mode drains his energy much faster and if Nemesis is unable to take down the enemy before his energy is used, he is vulnerable to any damage. Nemesis' joints are his weakpoints, having lighter armor to allow movability. Nemesis is aware of this and in battle tries to use his thicker armor on this body to cover his joints, giving him crouched pose in battle.
Strengths in combat: Anger and raw power.
FAMILY, FRIENDS AND FOES
Parents names: Unicron as his Creator.
Other Important Relatives: Being twisted clone of Optimus Prime has left mark in his mind, but Nemesis is unable to admit it if asked.
PAST Partner/Spouse: Soundwave, who was brought back from shadowzone by Autobots and was given new chance in Autobots ranks. Soundwave knew nothing about Nemesis' past making it much easier to trust him instead of the Autobots, also having him as ally could also be helpful incase he would need someone with enough strength to protect him. Later the trust had developed into friendship and Nemesis trusted Soundwave completely and quickly got rather possessive, being frightened that he would lose Soundwave to someone else, leaving Nemesis completely alone again.
Recent Partner: Knock Out, who Nemesis has grown a close bond over years of trust bulding, turning into deeper bond. Nemesis is still quite protective over his partner and has hard time trusting anybody else near him.
Children: No.

Other Important Friends: Laserbeak, others are work in progress.
Enemies? Why are they enemies? Most of the Autobots and Decepticons treat Nemesis as violent monster because of his past, but after losing his memory Nemesis doesnt see either side as enemy unless proven unfriendly. Elita-1, Rodimus, Nemesis has imprinted the two as enemies and is not allowing them to get anywhere near him or the ones he considers as friends.
BACKSTORY
In the beginning there was pain and darkness until there was light calling him to awaken. When he opened his optics very slowly and he find himself infront of a hologram. "Who...Are... You?... Who... Am... I?..." He asked and looked at his hands and body, before returned his attention at the hologram again. "I am Unicron. I am the one who created you and you have been created for a great mission that only you can manage, but you have to learn how to use your strentgh." After that everything went dark for sometime, until he found himself lost at some planet, but it seemed to be habited with others who were same kind as him. Curious of this he reached the others, but for some reason they all seemed terrified of his appearance and kept running away from him without listening his questions. Roaming around the place he always found himself alone just trying to find next place to stay for a night, but none dared to approach him. Until one night unicron appeared for him again. Confused for the reaction of the others he asked why they kept avoiding him. Unicron explained of making him as a clone of powerful leader who was believed to have perished. Unicron was disappointed that there had been no evidence of destruction. That time he presented a relic with grey and silver color with dark red core. Attaching the relic in his chest, everything started to change and the anger was consuming his mind. "You will bring destruction to this universe and you will be known as Nemesis Bruticus Prime." It was the last thing he heard from Unicron before everything went black.
After recieving the Dead Matrix, the hatred and anger for loneliness and being feared, grew and clouded his mind, being unable to feel anykind of positive or friendly manners his thoughts were twisted making him believe that everyone were his enemies and only wanted to destroy him, making him believe that he wouldnt never be accepted, which kept growing the hatred for others until the point that he destroyed all life on a single planet, which then withered and died, leaving Nemesis live alone and completely isolated from others, not having any possible transportation. He was forgotten completely, until the Autobots were thrown into wormhole and onto the planet, which caused Nemesis to be awakened again seeking for the Autobots that were trespassing, causing Decepticons to find their way to the planet and soon to be against a brutal and beast like Nemesis B. Prime.
In the end, Nemesis was believed to be destroyed as was the planet he was living on.
Nemesis was able to survive from the battle, but he was badly damaged and concealed inside a piece of the planet leaving him to 'hibernate' and regenerate. As time went by, the meteor that was carrying the wounded Nemesis inside, crashed on the surface of Earth. Nemesis was found in the crash site still badly damaged and disoriented by Decepticons. Earlier Decepticons had learned about the disturbing test of humans creating another Prime, but had failed with it. Being unable to repeair Nemesis' original body, Decepticons searched for the empty husk of the human made Prime and once they had found it, they moved Nemesis' spark into the empty shell. Using dark Energon Megatron planned to obtain the control of the new Nemesis Prime and use him against the Autobots, only to lose him in a battle.
In the same battle Optimus had removed the Dead Matrix, guessing that the Dead Matrix with dark energon might have been the cause of the extremely aggressive behavior and hoping that removing the dead matrix and trying to replace the dark energon with regular energon would have positive reaction, giving a possibility to control Nemesis. The fusion of dark and regular energon had left Nemesis with pink tinted optics.
Still knowing the past of Nemesis made it difficult for Autobots to trust him completely, only time would tell what would happen.
Bonus info:
There is a tiny trick to calm Nemesis, but it is extremely dangerous and mostlikely will fail if tried. To successfully calm his rage one has to get close enough to rub the bridge of his noseguard and he'll calm down, but as said it is mostlikely to get one killed before getting close enough. Nemesis Prime in berserk is highly dangerous.
