Oof, it's hard to capture the feeling of being underwater with colored pencils, but I think I ended up doing a decent job of it here.
What was harder was working out a clear TF progression to a fish - their anatomy is so different from a human's it's tough to know where to begin, but I sort of knew I had to start from the bottom.
