this is my exe type oc, Rerun.ZIP. they're a sentient computer program who was forced to run through the original sonic.exe game a few too many times and went feral as a result. they're not the most ruthless out there, though. even if they were never human, they still feel a sense of pity. empathy. for those others who had gone through the same games.
