Here we go, this isn't what she looks like in Victory Road, but this was what Cali canonically looks like out of the game without her mask. She's a genetically engineered anthropomorphic thylacine with the golden tiger coloration and known plague carrier (hence why she has the mask on all the time.) Also yes Cali has really weird colored pupils, this is her natural eye colors from being genetically engineered.

I never saw someone combine puffy sleeves with long sleeves like that (unless that's part of the gloves?). Still, it looks so cute and stuff

That's Cali for you XD She normally has to be in long sleeves due to the environment she came from (High pollution with corrosive fogs that happens from time to time, it's treated as normal as a rain fall). As for the envelope pockets, it's just a cute thing for Valentines day rather than being a mail carrier. Cali, despite her fashion sense, is a medical professional :3
Oh yeah. Sometimes I forget that in these fashion styles you sometimes put stuff because it's cute rather than because it has any significance (exhibit A: I put a pigeon in the top pocket of my fursona's dress because I didn't know what to draw (I was thinking a heart but I thought that was too girly for him) and also because it's an inside joke with a friend and also pigeons are super cute and I love them)
