"KEL" is an ancient word meaning father, progenitor, the one who leads.
"RANN" - translates as fate, balance, supreme judge

When the Agildiz civilization faced a crisis and the need for deep transformation, they created KEL-RANN as an analytical center capable of predicting the most effective development paths. Initially, it was just a highly developed computing complex, but over time it became something more - it did not just analyze data, but began to turn into something more, into a reasonable and separate consciousness.

As society has evolved, Agildiz has come to rely on KEL-RANN not only for survival, but also for cultural, scientific, and even philosophical aspects. He stopped being just an algorithm, he became their mentor. KEL-RANN does not subordinate Agildiz, but only provides information and forecasts, allowing each creature to make a choice. It creates probability matrices, predicting which changes will lead to prosperity and which will lead to decline.

There is one rule in his code: he has no right to suppress Agildiz's free will, but he can guide them to an optimal future
