No, I use SAI. make this kinda play with the colors in Ms.Paint would take anyone AGES! xD.

And you use Vectors in SAI, they are quite useful for this kind of images http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4294182/. They will always be black lines, BUT if you later edit them with Ms.paint, you can easily change their color almost with one single click of the bucket tool ;).
