it's a thing artists do to challenge themselves to get 100 pictures done in a reasonable amount of time, usually to practice speed and quality. the artist can choose whatever kind of art they want for the challenge: some do 100 sketches, some 100 linearts, some 100 flatcolors (like mine), and some even do full shaded pictures. etc.
