Request - Mental Reconstitution (Mewtwo TF)
As I continue working on a piece of my own to post later tonight, here's an older piece by TheNornOnTheGo - this comes from one of their old request streams, where I was lucky enough to find myself turned into a Mewtwo! With such unfathomable psychic power at my new fingertips (paw tips?), hopefully I can get a handle on how they all work without further rotting my own brain. Hopefully this change comes with an IQ bonus, too.
