Rocket T. Coyote--as the mascot of the Michigan CAP Model Rocketry Course appeared in the Collins Center of Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center. Here he is with a cadet from the class, and a staffer of the basic encampment at the start of the cadet graduation party. This would be my final appearance on the base as the program was cancelled.
