It's never healthy to always be on edge. Sooner or later, even the strongest of us in Self or Spirit need to take time away from the worries and woes of everyday life.
The world we live in is, and forever shall be, an uncertain one. Stressing over it will make little to no difference but taking the time to relax and clear one's head can help someone to see things at least more clearly, perhaps even find their light forward where they'd otherwise see only darkness and despair.
It's okay to need a break, so don't be afraid to ask yourself if you need one once in a while, or to accept it when you find yourself a moment, a minute or more...
