yellow fever (better known as yellow jackie) is a sophisticated and mature virus that has been around the block for a while now. quick and secretive,she catches a ride on the nearest mosquito and as soon as she slips into a new town she get's to work. yellow jackie's job starts out simple as if she were just a flu: fever,chills, a little muscle pain and headaches are how she begins every takeover. it's the final step,though when she allows herself to be known and that is the yellow skin. her ability to turn a body yellow is a specialty of hers and how she got her nickname and once she's revealed herself...it's only a matter of time before all hell breaks loose. by the time yellow jackie comes out of the shadows,the liver has already come under her control and the rest of the body will soon follow. that is,of course unless she is stopped by the only one that can match her: the yellow fever vaccine (or YFV for short). the YFV is a powerful enemy that not even she can best and as soon as one is sent for her,yellow jackie finishes whatever she can of her destruction and hauls ass out of town to find her next victim. smart,sexy and powerful: yellow jackie is a stylish virus you don't want to mess with.
so this is my osmosisona (osmosis jones persona): yellow jackie the yellow fever. i made her YEARS ago on a osmosis jones character creator (seen here: Osmosis Jones Microorganism Maker) but it died along with flash so i had to turn what i had already made into my osmosisona and decided on yellow fever (since she is white like yellow fever but has yellow power coming from her. seemed like the logical choice) so here she is.
i like osmosis jones and wish more people talked about it.

osmosis jones is an obscure movie. while it does have it's fanbase,it's fairly small and made up of people making their own 'sonas and OCs as one of the few ways to actually express their fandom when the rest of the world has forgotten the movie even exists (also how else are they going to ship themselves with thrax?). most people simply don't remember it and there are too few people that do to ever get something popular like corona-chan trending.
osmosis jones 100% deserves more credit though but i think it was simply too weird for the time it came out and the gross out humor of the live-action parts didn't really help.

of course. but the series is only just a little less obscure than the movie and is one of those "fever dream" shows where people remember it but it felt too weird to be real. the series falls in line with the rest of the fandom: something that only a small cult following even remember much less enjoyed enough to make characters based around it or create long running comics based on the world. and sadly,creating things,be that drawings or stories are about all any fan can do because of how little else there is out there. even finding people to share your fandom with isn't easy because of how almost impossible it is to know if someone is even into it or not unless you either ask them directly or they post something related to it.

to be fair,the guy is sweet on me so it's kind of a "i wanna do what you're doing" kind of thing.XD but still,he's got one (a white blood cell who's seen some shit and basically became a hippie as a result). that character creator from DA is a god send for this kind of thing because it basically just let's you make whatever kind of cell or virus or whatever you want (and even though it died along with flash,another site was able to salvage it). it's good stuff.
