Bio//Ref Pages: Seiliana Ouversirre
(Pronounced as: Say-Lee-Aww-nuh Oh-Wurr-sir)
(Any jagged edge on a character in these Bio Sheets means "Continues on as normal, but removed to save space")
Continuing the dedicated effort of getting a Bio Page weekly, one of the larger overarching characters of Mind//LESS and half of the Dragon's Horde pawn shop. A chunk of the meta-narrative pertains to the existence of Dei'Rei (Pronounced: Day-uhh-Ree), also called Reified Deities. In essence, these are IMPERFECT SUM-TOTAL echoes of various members of mythology. Say I were to have a hundred or so different retellings of the tale of Amaterasu; the perceptions of these tales are summed to create a single iteration of Amaterasu meant to resemble, as closely as possible, what is claimed of in all of those stories. Already, there's an inconsistency, seeing as most legendia grant these being humanesque bodies and Mind//LESS asserts there are ZERO fully human Dei'Rei (I think the closest design I have is of Chu Chulainn, who is more than half Caune/Canid), but we're digressing.
In-World, the Dei'Rei modeled after Amaterasu, named Mitei Kiraso, held a cabinet of three beings in their upper echelon, collectively named as the Solar Regalia. Much like typical myth, each member of the Regalia stood for an aspect of Mitei's Virtues. Eiko acted as Benevolence, Narud acted as Valor and Seiliana (hereforth Selia) as Wisdom.
Selia was originally just a grunt, but rose to gain enough power for Mitei to grant seven of eight tails. This was how Mitei denoted rank in their army: more tails meant more experience and thus hierarchy, up to nine where the soldier would become a personal retainer and recieve a fragment of Mitei's power. A week before Selia would have gained this, Mitei had given their life to eliminate Reified Orochi, thus kickstarting the Fall of Gods event, the end of which signaled the extinction or otherwise permanent Sealing of all Dei'Rei.
There's a lot in Selia's backstory, but it's best shown when I finally finish and release Peace//Pieces. For now, just know that half of the reason why the Dragon's Horde exists in the first place is because of Selia. Partially because she balances the books and plans the side-jobs, partially because it's a form of rehabilitation and partially because Fiyunn's business is giving her a place to live while she sorts out the debt she got from Altraid's dissolution.
