Now this is the elf I can tolerate and like
I hate when elves are shown as too gentle and too weak
Manly jawline, perfect blue pure eyes full of wisdom, powerful and stern lines - he is cool
I instantly think of LoTR elves or Aen Elle elves from Witcher looking at this art

Aen Elle in Witcher book series are manly and cool in general. But good? No completely not
They are raiders, invaders from different world that quite interested in slaves and stuff and don't see other races as equals to put it mildly
So of course not every elf is heroic. But it does not mean they shall be girly either
