I don't know if they'd let this cowboy into heaven. Victor only spent 2% of his existence in the wild west. Probably not enough to move the needle one way or the other, but I still doubt it.
Even so, he's been knockin' on the doors of both heaven and hell since back when they were called Elysium and Tartarus. The result is always the same: the receptionist tells him he missed an appointment some 20,000 years ago and that he has to check with management to reschedule.
Well, after jumping through 200 centuries he still ain't seen hide nor hair of no manager. He'd sorely like to speak to one. He's got complaints about the way this whole business is run.
What he has run into are a wombat and a ferret who've put the tiniest crack in the walls of Corporate HQ with their time travel gadgets. That's a start, but Victor'd rather blow his way in with dynamite.
And out of the two of them the ferret seems more explosion-prone.
