Here's a description from the character owner:
"It's been a couple weeks since I last visited Elspire and Old Bastion, and yet I still remember it like it was yesterday. How can I not? I mean, it was perhaps one of my single biggest contributions to its restoration - figuratively and *very* literally.
"I can still feel the chill on my spine when the shade of King Kastor swung at me; it was only an illusion, but the threat of pain and death was still very real. Of course, when you consider that the people in my escort were less experienced than I, it was for the best the hate be directed at a girl who can defend herself.
"I can still feel the one lucky slash Kastor's undead thrall left on me as I took the fight to his company. I managed to keep some of the hate on me even as my companions helped me fight them off, not to mention the simulacra of the fool mage who thought they could control Kastor. Ancient mage-kings don't get to be ancient without an unyielding will, whether good or ill.
"I can still feel the pain of our cleric as time magic withered her before our eyes. I don't know how well she would have fared had I not taken a moment from drilling qigong blasts into the shieldbearer to heal her, and while I don't have the magical prowess of our late-joining druid, some remediation is better than none. To be fair, I could feel the panic of the mage as two spells fizzled out before their eyes, as well as their resignation as Kastor educated them on their folly.
"And I can most definitely still feel the weight of my enhanced size as my plan to collect lightning in a bottle went into motion. The raw arcana that permeated the air was one thing, but feeling stone-laden roads give beneath your branded paws like the soil they were built on? The tickles of your smaller companions in your fur as you walk them back to town? The relieved gazes of the defenders when they realize who you are and that you mean no harm?
"If you ask me, that's a memory I wouldn't give up for any treasure in any world."
