So these cute lil guys are from an anime series called Di Gi Charat. It's about a cat girl named Dejiko (who was the mascot for a Japanese retail game store called Broccoli) and her little sister Puchiko and their sidekick Gema work for a kindly manager and his store.

I first came across the series when Anime America talked about it's prequel show Panyo Panyo when I was in middle school and fell in love with it. Nowadays, I feel like people forgot about this silly cat girl and her antics.
