You are likely correct one of the goatlings do say she’s in disguise (and the bleeding heart outfit completely removes them) however we do know from the title screen from her silhouette body shape is at least similar to what we see in game.
It’s too bad we don’t know fur color or if she dose have horns since there not visible on title screen.
