New experiences are the cornerstone of development and experimentation as you age; and regardless of when you try something, it can either change your outlook or your passions. As the current strongest member of the Valkrus guild, Soliana has tried a slew of different things during her requests and travels. Due to her high metabolism, Soliana often times enjoys the foods and drinks she is able to get whenever she visits a new village, town, or city; relishing in the savory, salty, rich, or sweetness of anything that makes its way in front of her. However, Soliana doesn’t get to visit northern regions all too often, so she doesn’t get to try foods that may be specific to snowy areas. Snow, on the other hand, has been able to enjoy such food for a while given her home is in a northern region. While Snow is more than happy to share some of her food with a close friend and ally like Soliana, she was not prepared for the effect it would have on her foxy friend.


During one particular interaction, Snow and Soliana decided to spend time together after a rather difficult mission; with the former inviting the latter back to her small home. An initial interaction that began with the two chatting, soon grew a bit more heated when Snow started to enjoy some left over ice cream; the frozen treats look and smell immediately capturing Soliana’s interest. Seeing as Soliana had never tried ice cream before, Snow offered her companion some of hers. After only a minor taste, Soliana quickly grew entranced; amazed that a food could be so cold yet so sweet and delicious at the same time. Intrigued by the taste as well as the oddly cold and soft texture, Soliana immediately asked for more, only for Snow to curiously comply. Entranced by the taste, Soliana quickly asked for even more, only for Snow to deny her friend’s request; stating how she only had enough for her. Not willing to accept this response, Soliana quickly grew more insistent that Snow share more of her (limited) frozen treat, only for Snow to adamantly refuse each and every attempt the fox made for her ice cream. It seems that even if Snow can fight and protect others from demons, the one thing that was currently giving her the most issues was playing a game of “keep away” from her teammate! Either Soliana succeeds in claiming her prize, Snow is victorious in warding off Soliana, OR that ice cream completely melts before either wins! *TRIVIA: One of the initial plans was to have Snow specifically control just her namesake material (not actual hard ice) and Soliana was going to specifically utilize fire as opposed to explosive thermal energy like she currently does.
