during my down time i've slowly been working on this print here

this time i was focusing on the base. spent hours sanding down the clear resin and polished it all about 4 times. i finally got it looking this clear! plus a lot of the yellowing it had cleared up as well so even better! after that i took some wood i had lying around and cut it into a base for it. used a dremel to cut out the shape of the resin base so it slots into the wood. next im going to fill in the gaps with wood putty, sand it down, and paint it!
