A warrior shaman sensing the nature of the comming storm and the enemy legeon aproaching in its wake.
Will probably work on a couple areas that are bothering me. Any critique would be apreciated.
This will be in the AC art show but NFS.
** Note; I'veworked on this a pit more since this post . There's a bit more contrast and I've shanged his expression so he is not so happy looking about the comming battle.

First, it is a wonderful picture, you did a great job.
Second, critique...my only critique is that for me it seems to need more darks and more highlights (I like strong contrast, so that could be a personal taste thing). If you had a bit darker shadows and a bit brighter highlights I think it would be better (but again, only because I personaly like stronger contrast). Your detail work on the beads is wonderful. I will be thrilled to see this in person. If you are not selling the original, I would suggest doing prints for sale!

More light and dark contrast is exactly what it needs and that is what I was after but I was overly cautious, It is my first shot at something like this. I accually did add more dark and a little more highlight last night and will work on it some more. I am going to have prints made but I haven't had time to get a scan yet. Thanks for the input.
We may be competitors for sales but we are also artists who love to see good art, so anything I can do to help you do work you are happy with and that is great art I will happily do. I am always desperate for feedback and help from others on my own work.
Just a thought, somthing that works for me, have you considered doing a light edging to his outer edges? I have forund with ProWhite (since it covers everything well) I can do a very fine edging of white fur and it makes it look more real and makes it pop!
