Who says the G.U.N. only need military personnel or desk girls? It helps to have a few allies in high places, too. (And if they aren't already occupying said places, all the more reason to ELEVATE them to be what you need them to be.)
Jenny O'Reed (birth name: Jennifer Victoria Reid) is one such example; in the wake of Dr. Eggman's world takeover, she went underground and led a band of her countrymen in guerilla warfare against the mad Doctor to take the area back until the day they could make the Misty Highlands a free land once more.
