Ah interesting, feda has character designs from Yoshitaka Tamaki, the illustrator for the first Shining Force and some of the weird spinoffs Sega tried later. I wonder why I never saw it back in the old days. This drawing here might be misleading; there are very few animal people and this particular character is only in the second game gear adventure and its sega cd port/remake. Still overall the figures tend to be stylishly designed, I think, even if they are primarily standard fantasy races.
