Well, this is a page I really adore.
I tried using different dimensions and it gave me lots of space to work with! (It kinda adds to the size of the image, though.) I had to resize it for this site, by the way.
I'm not that sure about the shading. But I really like what I've done with backgrounds and emotions.

Okie now I'm all caught up and can give my final opinions thus far:
1. Your posing and overall shadowing is GREAT. I'm very jealous of your foreshortening skills and just general artstyle.
2. Your character designs are original and interesting, especially given the different species and proportions when comparing them.
3. If this is the "meet the cast" arc, I worry that this story may bit off more than it can chew. Many people set out to do giant, epic storylines and then get really bored of the comic and it dies. Trust me, I've done it several times.
4. Do you have a script written? I mean physically WRITTEN? The order in which facts are recieved, along with the events between Fang and his clone/son seems perfectly random. After the 20-page mark its time to buckle down and let us know what the over-arching story will be about. Thus far we've met a few people, threatened a few people, had a flashback, and have questionable insight about the time frame of the comic. While I do wonder at the identity of the cub-killer in the flashback, it didn't carry as much weight because both the neice and the son/clone are in the "now".

I'm gonna "+watch" you and see where this goes. Its a unique comic with an interesting art style, and it looks like the story could shape up to be something great when it comes into focus for us readers.

2. Well, I keep the designs as simple as I can... Glad they still seem good enough)
3. It actually does bite off too much. But the fact is I didn't even think the comic'll last this long. I thought I'd stop somewhere around the fifth page. Or stop when Nova and Fang fall asleep. I've started this whole comic as something that'll just help me practice poses, emotions and backgrounds. I only update when I feel like it... So, I guess, it's not a comic to die. Just the one to be going for too long.
4. Nope. It is also the thing that I've never kept in secret. I know the storyline. I've lived with it through five years, so now I have literally hundreds of stories to tell. I intend to slowly follow the main plot while showing those smaller stories. And I know that I might never finish the story. But it's my art practice. It's the story I dive into when I need to. So really, I don't see a problem in it being just a 'side project' among my art ^^*
I actually always wanted to make this story into animated series... but I'm not much of an animator at the moment. So it happens as it happens.
I'll check out your comic and try make myself useful (hope I can be useful ^^*).
