Somebody added "Apple" as a Species Category. Hmm.. I should check FA for Apple porn some of these days. XD
My exotic animal of choice for the AC art show is the Aardvark. :) I thought about drawing at least one animal of each latter of the alphabet over the following years. It feels like a nice idea.
Ever since I did this piece --> http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/39999032/ for the Totem Cards Deck, another project which fell apart after I finished my art for it, I fell even more in love with those anteating fellows and I just had to draw an Aardvark. The next might be a Giant Anteater, as a collaboration together with Artonis --> http://www.furaffinity.net/user/artonis/ :D
Sadly I must say, that the original picture looks more promising than the scan... especially the sky, which took me ages to finish. :/

*nodnods* There is a zoo not too far away from my place. They have aardvarks there. The male is named Elvis, because they got him from the Memphis zoo. XD Actually I should go there again and check, if the female got youngs, as planned.
Absolutely, watching Kingdom Hospital awakened horrible urges in me to draw a gloomy Anteater pic, thehe. ^^

Ah! I only caught a couple episoded of Kingdom Hospital and so wanted to see more than that because of anteater goodness ^_^
And acrylics ive not used those in SUCH a long time.
I also live by a zoo, London zoo. You can usually walk around the outside of it and see some of the animals, like sloth bears, okapi, cape hunting dogs, giant anteater and meerkats. its nice to walk around it on sunny days and doosle the animals ^_^

By the way, don't know if you've heard or not but the Pathfinder's Deck is back on, with a new project leader. This time it seems a lot more organized, like it might actually happen. Thought I'd let you know, in case you hadn't heard.
