Maybe they should have made Nick's paws with 4 toes, but since they already made it with 3 toes, I'm already mentally stuck with the fact that he already has 3 toes. I see that they used the 3 toes more to keep the realistic cartoon style and they did it quite well, which made me fall in love with Nick's paws that way. Honestly, it would be hard for me to see Nick with 4 toes even though it is the correct thing to see.
