The story is, Mickey suggested to his horse buddy that he should try exercising and working out as a way to gain more followers. Buahahhah!!! Got to love that last panel where Mickey gets exactly what he has been looking for this whole time. The opportunity to bury his face directly into Horace's swollen pecs. Who among us can blame him, though?
Perhaps Mickey used his wealthy financial situation to his advantage and purchased some high quality anabolic steroids for Horace to devour. Should help hasten the process of getting swole.
