Been a while since I last drew a Cartoon Cutie, so here's the next obscure lovely gal in the line; Little Red from 1974's The Magical Mystery Trip Through Little Red s Head.

Created by Guy Fraumeni, it was written by Larry Spiegel, Directed by Herbert Klynn and Produced by the legends David H. DePatie (Pink Panther) and Friz Freleng (Looney Tunes Alumni and Creator of Sylvester and Tweety).
The 45plus minute special is a re-imagining of the Little Red Riding Hood tale a la Inside Out, before the latter was ever a thing, set in modern (1970's) times - although I wonder if this was an actual inspiration for Inside Out, as one of the characters, Adeline, has a strong resemblance to Fear. Hmmm🤔
Two siblings, Larry and Carol, are given a tour of their older sisters mind by Timer, where they meet a sort of quirky characters in charge of operating Red's state of mind and emotions as she makes her way to her Grandmother's house, while a Wolf hunts her, much like in the original tale. The Wolf himself is been hunted by the Sheriff and his Deputy Son.
Perhaps my favorite of the Characters in this short film is Big D, which is essentially a muilti limb/Multi head amalgamation of Ringo Star that sings and speaks in rhythmic unison.
The Characters are voiced by Sarah Kennedy (Little Red), Ike Eisenmann (Larry), Diane Murphy (Carol), Lennie Weinrib (Timer and All Other male Voices - he is best know for been Bigmouth in the Smurfs HB cartoon) and Joan Gerber (Mother, Adeline and Diane The Keeper of Dreams - who is best known for voicing Mrs. Beakley in the original DuckTales cartoon as well voicing April's aunt, Agatha Marbles, in the original TNMT cartoon).
