My tiefling bard, Roger, sporting his outfits throughout our campaign so far.

Fuck Roger Cummingham is a sex worker/dancer/bard who comes from a rich family. He's the family disgrace and he knows it 100%. As a result of his background though, he's not big on the fancy clothes or the assumptions that come with having rich family. His middle outfit has been his staple for most of the game.
The latest outfit is what he's wearing now that he's gotten a fancy coat with a pocket of holding. (And started going through a rough patch)

He's a card, he's a bard, he jokes around, he breaks the ice. Roger has been, throughout the games, a character that other characters lean on. He's also one that reaches out the most to those who might be enemies. He's pretty much helped the group build an army by offering people a safe haven. Rock and Roll Orcs, southern gatorkin, random elves they meet in barrels, basement lesbians, weird mad scientists, there's a lot of oddballs that he's convinced to come home with them.

He doesn't like killing. He will give people every out he can. He wants people to get along, to survive. He doesn't think things need to be a fight.

He reached out to one of the bosses we had. We still had to kill her. He still feels bad about it.

He approached Strahd at his table and asked him why he was so angry, what was it he wanted.

That's just... how Roger is.
Pretty sure the party is worried it's going to get him killed one day.
