At one point, I was playing around with designs for Seiril's clothing, and happened upon something that just... fit. Like, Sei's too nice of a person to pull off acting like a gangster or street-punk, but this kinda just radiated a similar energy to Pokemon's Plumeria. The 'Protective Big Sister' energy, y'know?

That, and I think it's hilarious seeing Seiril act tougher or sassier than she really is.
