At last, the cover of my first volume is finally done. The first cover of my comic The Living Heart.
After watching a lot of references of covers for mangas and comics, I choose to add just the characters that makes the story go on, the main ones.
For the background, it toom me a while to decide it, but after watching the references, I decided to make a mix of a forest scene but in an abstract style.
The typography for the title was something that I create by myself, with a gothiv style, but maded by me, it really fits for the story´s envirotment.
Well, this will mark that I´ll begin working with the coloring for the pages. Remember, one or more pages for each week, depending the other things that I might do during my vacations, I´m not planning to be stuck on the computer for ever, ok?

Alright, this looks interesting and it looks like it came out quite well. There are some anatomical flaws here and there, but I am sure by the end of your comic your skill will undoubtedly skyrocket. I'd be surprised if the progression in quality doesn't increase much like ReptileCynrik's did as he put together his comics. Come to think of it, I really should be doing something similar. Something else to look forward to during the week, I can't wait to see what you've come up with.
Oh, I never expected that you might comment, that´s a surprise. Yes I accept the fact that there´s still some anatomies details that I still don´t get it properly, but at list I´m doing the try, so as long as I´m keep making the practice, I´ll get some improvement.
One of the reasons that I´m doing this comic is because it´s like a forcing way to draw differents proportions, angles and actions´scenes. So I´m waiting to do things that I never tried.
