into free and independent states, including its very core Zovitsa proper split into
Crougeria, Hersher, and Licacht, which were to become republics. Aron Haphmar, legally
Emperor Aron III, no longer held any official state function but retained the right to
reclaim power and rebuild the empire. However, he chose not to do so. On the contrary, Aron
abdicated the throne and recognized the democratic republics as the rightful continuation
of Zovitsa. A month ago, the emperor died under suspicious circumstances. Shortly before
his death, he tasked Alexia with searching for his lost descendants. After Aron's death,
Crougeria fell into mourning, accompanied by growing destabilization.
Why? Anvett Nerechi, a zovian wolf, is striving to seize power in Crougeria.
A member of a noble family, young, ambitious, cunning, ruthless, and controversial.
Anvett organized the emperor's funeral, during which a will was read. In it, Aron supposedly
expressed his desire for Zovitsa to be restored and designated Anvett to accomplish this.
Anvett is capable of staging a coup; he has many supporters, especially within the military.
According to Alexia and other opponents of Anvett, he is behind the emperor’s death and
falsified the will. Nerechi dreams of rebuilding the empire, restoring its old borders, and
raising a great army. If he takes power in Crougeria, he will turn toward Hersher and Licacht
to unify the nations of true Zovitsa.Subsequently, as Chancellor of Zovitsa, he would order
his military to march south, east, and west, seizing control of the western part of the continent.
After all, what is there to stop him? Ruined and backward by thousands of years Tarbalia?
Atladia, surrounded by enemies? Fertsia begging Kamesland for guarantees of independence?
Or perhaps the northern states will come to the rescue? The perpetually quarrelsome
