Their Kind it's close to an extintion Because of war with herbivores and a Plague that affected males Dinosaurs causing them to die by sickness and those who survived they realized the were unable to reproduce
... the females realized quickly that they are going right to a mutual extintion between herbivores and carnivores
So they Decided to Stop this Armed conflict to focus on the future of theie kind.

Their solution? Simple: some of this female will travel to alternative universes to reproduce with the males of other species and return to their world to deposit the eggs...and repopulate their world.
Why? Because their Dna is compatible with other species of other universes.

Extra: Their kind lives for a lot of years and thanks to Dna modificarion they can even deposit eggs (or carrying inside their babies) even at more mature years.
