Tessa kept growling every time I was trying to focus the camera, I dunno if it was scaring her, or if it was just similar to her growls xD She was very "intimidating" :)

I was thinking of getting her a play-mate that is short hair, right now her only play mate is my kitten, and soemtimes one or the other will get too rough (She pulled on my Kitten's whisker's before)
here is what is called rumbling (growling) http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped....._Keep_Away.ogg
Rumbling - This sound is normally related to dominance within a group, though it can also come as a response being scared or angry. In these cases the rumble often sounds higher and the body vibrates shortly. While courting, a male usually purrs deeply, swaying and circling the female in a behavior called "rumblestrutting". A low rumble while walking away reluctantly shows passive resistance
