Pffft. Cookie? A perfect gentleman? Puh-leeez. You've gotta be kidding me!
Anyway...I changed some of his anatomy. Made his eyes small changed the way his muscles look. But it isn't too surprising. It seems like every other drawing of him I do, something changes. Whatever. He's still the same dumb Cookie-poop :3
Also, I had a more epic plan for this picture to begin with. Originally his extended hand had, like this, energy bolt and he had a pissed of facial expression, but I decided that I didn't feel like adding a bunch of lighting effects to his body, so I got rid of that...I just wanted to do a simple flat shading picture with no highlights (with an exception of his eyes).
