I will not lie, I absolutely despised culinary with an absolute passion and it's something I'll never be able to do ever again in my life time. The only good thing I got out of it was meeting my current spouse and having to travel to Qatar for the Fifa World Cup in 2022. Since then I haven't had a single good experience in terms of commercial kitchens.And for everyone going in this industry, good fucking luck.
