Heres how I see it. Simba trained Kovu to become king and just as he was to be succeeded by him, Kopa shows up. Well, Simba can't exactly just give the throne to Kopa, he;s not trained at all and he seems to be like Simba when he was in the jungle. This doesn't go well with Kopa. His birthright is denied to him by his own father. Well.. thats all I'm writing about this for now ... You fill in the rest
