This is the variant of demon that dwell in the fiery volcanic caverns of the underworld, they tend to be ruder and distrustful a lot of the other demon subspecies, but not outright hostile, also the type that most commonly opens up entrances to the overworld, usually to steal shit from mortals they find distasteful.

Trivia: this was the type of demon that Dysabene (got of hatred and violence) made the Marronians from, as they were originally meant to a species under his control, they immediately turned against him and remained their own people independent of Dysabene.

This variety of demon is of course naturally gifted in fire magics, but can learn more types of magic beyond that.

I think it was a good choice that I finally decided to draw them with ears.
