Ullo is the bartender of the Hilltide Lounge. He does however talk quite shortly. Not necessarily shyly, but just using as little words as possible. No one knows why yet, other than guesses of due to him being a foreigner, he's still learning the language.

He is excellent at his job though. Mixing up drinks and making entertainment for the people frequenting the bar is his speciality. Some even claim that he makes the best drinks, as if having a magical touch of it. "Show, don't tell," is what he often quotes.

He is proud to show his tattoos though, which he has on his forearms. However he hasn't said where and why he got them there. "In due time," he says about them.
