"The apocalypse and subsequent civilization collapse had come quick and clean leaving the world to flounder… yet in the Florida Everglades far removed from anything that was, a single hermit of a gator had remained thus far unaffected by it.
Not by ignorance or unknowing but simply having been sufficient well before the world shit the bed and that was how she liked it.
Now a few weeks after it had all went down in a world far removed from her own, she sat fishing from a dock on her property… until the faint hum of a distant engine became apparent."
Basically a socially awkward bumpkin of a gator and a city man have to deal with one another after the latter crashes into the formers life
(I figured I'd finally crosspost this seeing as I've never used FA to post anything...)
