This is Kate, one of the bravest members of Team Bltizkrieg. She had arrived from the human world to bring Wrath back, only to find herself changed into a charmander. After meeting Wrath and joining his rescue team, she slowly worked her way into becoming a charizard(much to Wrath's discretion. Wrath stays a Meowth by his own choice.) But she's become a formidable foe in her final staged form. She just has to be careful to not step on any of the smaller members. D:
