Black Om-bot was built by Macro Star Industries (M.S.I.) when the Iron Lords attacked the Earth, since one of the few that was insane enough to fight them was Hunter, one of the four friends who formed the Black Omen Team (Now the mercenary group defending Bragüar how they can) to defend Earth, unfortunately, they failed.

The design was made for two purposes, convertible MECH hybrid and intelligent robot hybrid with a design inspired in the robot from the movie Robocop 1:

MECH – The MECH was made for full support in a planet’s surface or in orbital stations, with a fair speed, thanks to its six engines, control and fire power in deep space.

Its fire power comes from a powerful four combined gatling guns with uranium ammo (Rounds filled with uranium) that penetrate across any armor, but it has difficulties with small enemies and is good against airplanes and big heavy armored enemies.

It has a great hydraulic power in both the arms (extendable) to make the gatling gun have any angle it wants and to make the shield cover anything in the body.

Defensively, it has heavy ceramic armor and titanium, also a personal energy shield coming from the true shield in its left arm, but lacks armor in the back of the foot and in the engines.

The cabin has nothing to cover it except the energy shield (hence the strange look of the “crystal”), so to get out it has to disable its power, and if it happens forcefully in space, it can kill the pilot.

Defects: Super Plasma Generator. It gives the MECH almost unlimited energy, but if it was destroyed and explode… it could destroy a whole town or star fleet, also its lack of full turning and slow movement when firing.

Fun facts: Hybrid between full MECH and humanoid MECH, it has a hand to do delicate things and the full power of a normal MECH, except for missiles or such.

Robot: Semi humanoid robot with a great artificial brain, in the ship it has the same functions as ROB with the Star Fox Team, but can transform its arms to fight if necessary, also it has short temper when someone treats its teammates and the ship, the Black Omen.

Usually it has its own personality and thinks about itself as a he, even if it knows it hasn’t gender. It is also cold when it wants, but usually warm to anyone who lend a hand to the ship and its friends.

Unfortunately, it changes its heavy armor for greater mobility and reflex, but it retains its personal energy shield.
