While I processed that model (back to SFW) I noted that, uhhh, I'm and the only who did set up that fur pieces correctly? Two more art pieces also here and both have the same purple areas from wrong shading method. Looks awful, no offence to you, Serra.

Tried to do something too, and the spots on roots and tips also has no exessive glowing (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/57500909)

The unit's structure is seperated (pseudo)hairs, not violet rectangles. I'm about this. No idea why, but 3 times in total the appearance is ruined by such bug.

Not needed, it's already done. Fix is really easy. As well you can see the mmd models needs same actions, Alpha Blend is not working fine there.
Also a questions, since I'm the same amateur with not much of content: Those night scenes is good in your opinion? I definitely need better light in there, but logically moonlight may look dark and semi-readable.

Definitely prefer a night setting because you can't really get good value out of the Displacer Beasts Glow in a well lit area.
